If you only plan to stay for a short time and just need a place to sleep, it’s fine for one person.
4.0The good thing about my stay was that it was super close to my relatives place and also KIWI (supermarket) and a pharmacy were around the corner.
− I received an email explaining where the keys were located, but unfortunately, it didn’t include any clear instructions or pictures. Only after a phone call to the owner and opening the booking.com app did I find the detailed instructions — however, the document’s resolution was quite poor and hard to read. The room itself was clean, but it was obvious that previous guests hadn’t treated it with much care. As shown in photos by other guests, there was a coffee stain on the chair. I find it difficult to understand why such easily damageable furniture would be used in a rental. I would suggest to replace it with things that are easy to clean. The bed was also not very comfortable — the side against the wall was fine, but on the other side, you would sink in noticeably. Overall, my impression was that the furnishings and interior were put together without much attention to comfort or detail.
