9.0Location is fantastic — exactly where you want to be. The house is consistently spotless on arrival, beautifully presented, and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host is always seamless — responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. We genuinely love staying here each year and look forward to returning again.
− Tiny suggestion — it would be great if the second bathroom had the same amenities as the main bathroom. It’s a small detail, but it would elevate the overall experience and make the stay feel even more cohesive.m has.

10.0Athols place was so homely. Everything was tidy and clean. Who has bacon, eggs, bread, butter and milk waiting for you? This place. I feel like it was very well thought through. The location is perfect, close to food places and grocery shops.

10.0Everything, the place was amazing the host are amazing, and the location was perfect. Such a perfect spot overlooking the river and close to everything. The house was clean, and very cozy. I work in Macksville every 3 months, and I wished I had come across this place sooner. I will be definitely checking this is available every time.
