10.0Everything. Super cosy, central to everything. My kids loved it, we all did and was sad to leave. We will book again if there's an opportunity. Photos I attached in this review was outgoing photos as I forgot to take photos on arrival so please don't judge owner for any mess as that is my own
− Just not having a dryer as I'm a clean freak that likes coming back from holiday with clean clothes to pack so when I get home all I have to do is hang everything up as we were from interstate. Not a complaint by any means, merely an observation. This place is amazing!
Excellent stay, great location and very clean with bonus extras
9.0The extra supplies were a lovely surprise - snacks for the kids, condiments, bread/milk basics.
− The beds left us with a bit of a sore back. If the pillows weren't so high that would help.

10.0Just amazing from when we walked in the door, open, light, warm all things not often found in Ballarat. Then everything just so inviting and welcoming with a welcome basket and well provided amenities.
− You could hear the traffic from the top bedrooms. Quite road but can hear the cars driving by.

10.0Absolute Perfection – Exceeded Every Expectation!We had the most wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and welcoming everything was. The photos online are great, but they truly don't do this place justice!Every little detail was thought of, making us feel completely at home and incredibly spoiled. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already trying to figure out when we can come back! Thank you for hosting us so beautifully. Highly, highly recommend!
