− Property dirty in all rooms , not has been clean at all , intim hairs in all bathroom floor and inside the bath, stains everywere, eye lense on bathroom floor ,1 third of toilet paper roll for 4 people, dirty towel found inside a wardrobe bedroom,dust and stain on top of bedside,no bedside light on 1 bedroom, kitchen : cooker breadcrams on it ,a nice long hair hanging on fridge can be admired from distance , grease on kitchen fan ,stains on all wortop ,(clearly has been left from wipes),table and on kitchen floor. Etc . Avoid do booking,waste of money Ask immediately for refund and leave , has been offer 70% of original price ,had to refuse to waste my money, went out and return just for sleep like a mummy and not use kitchen area and bath at all. Morning wake up and went out earliest possible! Avoid ,avoid ,avoid !!! I can't add 40 picture but it was necessery to do it to show evidence , only 4 i could add. Can't understand how booking leave someone to put their property on his website ! Complain make it on booking as well , no money back ! Just 10£ off on next booking. Dissappointed with both!!
Lovely apartment and well equipped
9.0A very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished with everything we needed. The hosts were efficient and helpful.
− The instructions for entry were a little confusing. They mentioned a door on the right when in fact it was a key box on the right, and said the key box was outside the main gate when in fact it was near the front door. But we worked it out with the help of the video. The stairs to the flats were rather steep with no hand rail near the top so it was not that easy to carry bags down.
