Would have been great if the bathroom was just ok

Staff were friendly and supportive and it felt safe. Location was perfect, easy to access most places.

− Was put in a different room to what we booked without our knowledge and when the one we booked became available in the middle of our stay, we were then asked to move to our original room. Shower and toilet all in one space with no partition, poor drainage and damp smell, not to mention the very low shower pressure.
