The location is great. The communication with the property manager is excellent.
8.0− The bathroom can be better with some renovation. The cupboard is some cracks. The toilet tissue holder is loose.

A lovely location, however, the property was disappointing, not what we thought

− The room was very tired. There was no toilet tissue and the bathroom cabinet was peeling. More of student digs really. The kitchen was in need of a real deep clean, the oven in particular, so we didn't use that facility. Thankfully plenty of eateries in the area, so we didn't go short.

1.0− Our room was already being used by another guest so we had to find emergency accommodation elsewhere. We booked a double room however were given a single room. When trying to request a refund through booking.com, the owner has stopped answering booking.com calls so we can’t get our money back.
