1.0Is this a serious question booking.com? We turned up, and it was owner occupied (owner didn't care at all about our predicament). Your customer rep Colleen said we had to wait up to an hour to get a call back from her to sort out the situation. She never phoned back. You're still advertising this property when it isn't actually available. You still have my money. You still haven't called me. Ruined break away.

10.0Absolutely everything, the location was perfect for us all. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable and ideal for what we all needed after long days at Alton Towers.

Great place to stay if on offer
5.0property is in a fantastic location and from the outside it looks great. we stayed here for a few nights for Alton Towers (about 30 mins away). Netflix on the tv, en suite in one of the rooms - big house with a nice layout.
− very dated decor, considering this is a 4 bedroom house - they had limited amounts of plates and the pots / pans were very small (to boil pasta for 4 people we had to do 2 batches as the pans were so small). cleanliness wasn’t great, the oven tray wasn’t cleaned from previous users. the towel I used for my shower had a tuft of ginger hair in which wasn’t nice, also few marks on the bed sheet so slept on the covers. small things but had they been looked at this would’ve been 10/10.
the property had the room and facilities we needed. The noisy water tank did prevent some from getting off to sleep. it
8.0perfect size for our family group, all adults , attending a wedding at Keele Hall.
− the water tank was very noisy and some of the kitchen drawers didn’t close properly.
