− ⭐☆☆☆☆ Très mauvaise expérience. Appartement très sale, surtout la salle de bain : douche, évier et toilettes pas propres et très abîmés. L’eau de la douche ne s’évacue pas, donc le sol reste mouillé partout jusque devant l’évier. Le lit n’avait pas de vrais draps, seulement un plaid rempli de poils. La climatisation est placée juste en face du lit et bloquée à 16 degrés sans possibilité de réglage car il n’y avait pas de télécommande. L’air glacé souffle directement sur le visage toute la nuit, impossible d’être à l’aise. En plus, énormément de bruit avec les klaxons, impossible de dormir. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Les photos de l’entrée et du bâtiment ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. En arrivant, il y avait des déchets partout et on avait plus l’impression d’entrer dans un garage souterrain que dans un appart-hôtel.

It was OK for a short stay not more a few hours or maximum one day one day
6.0Location - Very close to Dar es salaam Airport . it’s very convenient for l transit passengers for a short day. Room - considerably big , clean and recently renovated.
− Toilet - it looks very old with worn out sanitary wares . Even the sink is with stains , plumbing material are quite cheap and old..

− The Rate that they gave me at hotel was more then booking dot com . Booking .com was 40$ they charged me 50$
