6.0The apartment is lovely and spacious. The location is beautiful and quiet. Close to things that matter
− - the remote check in SUCKS!!!!! We were waiting for over an hour trying to make the dead keypad on the door of the property to work. There was no one on site. We kept using our roaming to call them and it was of no help. They finally told us that there was a manual set of keys in a lockbox at the back of the house. They could have done so earlier instead of making us wait for an hour in the cold. It is also quite unnerving to be a new place trying to figure out how to enter the place when it’s cold outside! - the coffee machine didn’t work. And on top of that the admin wanted me to send them photos. Why don’t they check if everything works before handing over the apartment? - there were soiled plates left in the dust t the previous guests. The whole kitchen stank when we opened the dishwasher! - the housekeeping is horrendous!
Nice and clean. Value for money. We booked 6 months in advance, so got a very good price.
