A Welcome Break
10.0I don't normally do a lot of reviews but I was compelled to let you guys know how I feel about my experience here. I booked this for a mental break and It was a great decision. From the warm welcome to the food to the bed to the food, the pool? Everything was on point! I have stayed at many resorts but this one restored my faith in hospitality. I met a gentleman by the name of Ryan. I think he might the leader for the Front Desk. He was so kind and professional and what was most important was that he made me feel SEEN as a guest. His smile was infectious and he made me laugh too. Don't get me wrong. The rest of the staff was great! But Ryan was like a soothing wind with a bit of needed sparkle. Thank you all! This break was just what the doctor ordered and I will definitely be back when I visit Coral Gables again.

10.0I had such a wonderful experience at The Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables this past weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, with such a unique and modern atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the experience stand out. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely a place I would recommend and would happily stay at again!!!
