Quiet Clifftop luxury apartment with partial seaviews♡

Great apartment, great location and a proper beach

We had a really lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. The place smelled amazing from the moment we walked in, with essential oils and air fresheners around the house, and it was absolutely spotless, unbelievably clean.   The apartment was really comfortable, especially on a hot day thanks to the high-quality fans in the living room and bedroom.   The beds were comfy, the sheets were lovely, and the large rain head shower was a great touch. There were also two large TVs, a full-size fridge, and a big central bench that was perfect for gathering around.   There is a little balcony with a side view of the ocean (you’re on top of a cliff, no balcony in this area of town will have a beach view). It gave us a nice sea breeze and a partial view, while keeping us away from the noise of the traffic on the front street. A relaxing spot to sit outside.   The location was super convenient too. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, including great pubs, a fantastic seafood restaurant across the harbour, and a lovely Italian place in town with fresh local seafood. The nearest coffee shop, Salted, was brilliant, the flat white was excellent. Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi convenience stores within a few minutes walk.   The beach is just down the cliff, only a couple of minutes’ walk away, and it was easily the best beach in the area. The outside shower was also really handy for rinsing off sand before going back inside, which helped keep the apartment clean throughout the stay. The host was very nice and responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. Highly recommended.   Newquay itself was a surprise for a first time visitor, a real beach, with proper sand and actual waves. If the water temperature was warmer it would remind me of Australian beaches. Really interesting cliffs, caves and inlets to explore too.

A wonderful and impeccable apartment which I can only recommend. Top quality throughout which includes comfortable furniture, top kitchen, bathroom, bed, very clean and just a short walk from the cliff edge. The apartment has modern physical security access and a special area for recycling the house waste.. we enjoyed our stay very much indeed. Host was very supportive and helpful. Great value for money! Great place!

Location is perfect, above one of the town beaches with great access to the coastal path, buses and trains. Lots of supermarkets on offer on your door step and a wonderful rain fall shower. Great apartment for self catering.

− Arrived to find the balcony was not ready for use, with bird poo and windows not even cleaned, which should have been done with the selling point of a small view to the sea. On this point, the balcony only gets the morning sunshine for a couple of hours and cannot really sea the sea to be honest unless you sit right on the edge of the balcony. If watching the waves is a must for you then this is not the place for you.

Great modern base to explore Cornwall

It is a great modern apartment to use as a base to explore Cornwall. We were able to catch up on our washing and use as a self catering break from our trip. Great spot and certainly recommended. Communication from the owner was excellent.
