Horrendous.
1.0Nothing - the room was occupied on arrival - there was no key - we struggled to get into the property to start with. To find out our room was not prepared or ready for us but someone had already taken this ( we booked for 2 nights ) - the property then proceeded to ask me to knock on each door to find out if there was anyone in those rooms, which they were & tried to refuse refund once requested.

The house was dirty and unclean.
