Lovely room, comfy bed, great breakfast and perfect host.
10.0Breakfast was excellent - very tasty, local ingredients, well presented. Location was good, close to pubs and restaurants and a short drive from Whitby and other local places of interest. Sian, our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

10.0Everything about it was truly exceptional, location, tasteful furnishings, special touches, fresh local garden flowers, delicious welcome plate of scones with jam and cream, breakfast served in your own room, lovely choices. Peaceful, tranquil, location, but the nicest thing is Sian, the host, is a lovely friendly person, eager to help in a very natural way. Will definitely be adding this to our favourite holiday spots, Carn’t wait to bring family and friends to share these 2 lovely, independent, barn conversions. Well done to all Sian and her family. I am giving this place a very special review because it deserves it and I am very picky!! 👍

10.0Warm welcome, wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed place to stay. Peaceful and perfectly placed for cycling in the Esk Valley and up on high Moors.
