The Worst Property I have ever stayed at. Dirty, Run Down and Dangerous. Total Rip Off
1.0The only good thing about this property is the location, across the road from the beach. The rest of our stay was terrible.
− This is an old beach shack from the 70's. It is dirty, run-down and dangerous. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and there is one proper AC and one portable AC downstairs, so all the bedrooms are stuffy and uncomfortable. You can see where the electrics have been changed and not done properly, so the bathroom lights flicker. There is also no fan in the bathroom. The place was filthy. The BBQ had not been cleaned, and there were layers of dust and dirt around the place. Kitchen utensils and plates were dirty, with ants, insects, cockroaches, and spiders everywhere. Everything was rundown and damaged. The air con was so dusty that we had to clean it to get it working properly. The balcony was unsafe for children, as they could easily fall through the railings. The country values representative did not respond to any calls or messages, and when we went to the office in Gingin, we were told by a disinterested receptionist that we had to call her, as she was responsible for the property and worked elsewhere. This property and probably others managed by "country values" are a total rip-off and should be avoided.
Disappointed in the value for money, paying almost $500 a night for an old run down shack. Will not be returning to this
