10.0Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo de Santander, a 15 minutos del centro usando el fonicular y 40 minutos andando de Palacio de la Magdalena. Ademas hay supermercados muy cerca. La urbanización tiene aparcamientos comunes en donde se puede aparca, algo que se agradece en Santander. El piso esta recien reformado, limpio y muy acogedor. Se encuentra equipado con toallas, champu, gel, secador, la cocina tenia de todo (sartenes, olla, papel de cocina, menaje, tostadora, lavadora, cafetera, etc). Un punto positivo era el wifi gratis. Marta estuvo muy atenta de nosotros durante todo el viaje, e incluso nos recomendo muchos lugares que visitar y donde comer. Ademas fue muy amable al dejarnos colacao, galletas, cafe, te, etc.
− Estaria bien tener algun ventilador para epocas de calor, aunque por la noche se hace corriente con las ventanas.

10.0Tout d'abord Marta a été exceptionnelle. Elle a repondu à nos questions de façon très réactive. Elle a été gentille et prévenante. Bravo. L'appartement est clair, moderne, bien équipé, propre. Parfait.
− L'environnement n'est pas très beau avec un peu de bruit mais les nuits sont calmes.

8.0Sehr helles und geräumiges Apartement.
− Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig, da die Zufahrt geschlossen war und es auch keine Übereinstimmung mit den Fotos gab: Das gezeigte Geschäft existierte nicht mehr und es gab auch davor eine Baustelle. Obwohl wir kein Gerät eingeschaltet hatten gab es Stromausfall. Schließlich konnte jedoch alles via whats app bereinigt werden.
