− The bunk beds in second bedroom were not that comfortable for adults and no air conditioning in that room. A smart tv would have been nice.

10.0La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 min andando de la estación del tren, del lago y del centro histórico. El apartamento está muy nuevo, decorado con gusto y bien equipado. Las vistas desde las ventanas son impresionantes, del centro, la catedral y la montaña con el funicular a Brunate. Los dueños son muy amables y cercanos, en nuestro caso estaban allí para la entrega de llaves.

9.0Fantastic communication from the hosts prior to arriving at the appartment and during stay.. I booked this based on previous reviews who mentioned the location was good and the views were amazing. Both of these were correct. It was a 2 minute walk to the buzzing streets of old Colo and I could have sat at the living room or bedroom windows all day and just watched the city. Although situated on what was, during the day, quite a busy street, it quietened down at night. The hosts had left ear plugs just in case though! A lovely touch was the bottle of red wine that was left with some snacks.
− As coffee drinkers it would have been nice to maybe have a few more pods left in the appartment than the 4 provided. Very minor issue though.
