6.0Great location and approachable and helpful host. Well organised information available and very clean rooms. Great to have a washing machine and suds at our disposal.
− The mattress and pillows were very soft and bed squeaky. Water pressure low in shower.

A fantastic apartment to stay in while exploring Italy's Motor Valley.
10.0The convenient location was perfect for visiting Modena city. It was great to have a secure car park nearby too.
− If I had to pick anything, it would be that there was no lift and I had a big bag to carry up the stairs - but really, it was on the first floor (so not too hard!)

Comodissimo appartamento nel cuore di Modena
10.0Ottima struttura per un soggiorno breve, adatta per due persone, massimo quattro per la presenza di un divano letto. La cucina è dotata di tutto per preparare la colazione e cucinare pasti. E' piccola ma molto ben arredata, pulita e comoda. La posizione è centralissima, affaccia su una strada tranquilla dove è praticamente assente il traffico veicolare. L'appartamento è a pochi passi da un grande parcheggio multipiano dove è conveniente lasciare l'auto.
