Skøn beliggenhed i gåafstand til både by og strand. Stille omgivelser. God rumfordeling i huset. Dejlig lille og ugeneret møbleret gårdrum. Hyggelig spiseplads i køkkenet.

− Obs at der ikke er dør imellem soveværelse og køjerum. Det gjorde os ikke noget, men andre kan måske ønske mere privathed.

Das Häuschen hat eine gute Lage nahe der Altstadt und ist gut ausgestattet, eigentlich ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

− Die Information, dass die Endreinigung entweder selber durchzuführen ist bzw. extra zu bezahlen ist (700 SEK) wurde leider erst mit dem Übermittlung des Zugangscodes am Vormittag des Anreisetages übermittelt. Das hat uns sehr verärgert und und den Aufenthalt auch mit verdorben. Da es im Haus auch einen unangenehmen Geruch hatte, der auch durch intensives Lüften nicht zu beseitigen war - haben wir die Aufenthaltsdauer im Haus auf ein Minimum beschränkt - schade, denn die Einrichtung und Lage wäre gemütlich gewesen.

It has all the amenities we need

− We were only told that there was a cleaning fee of SEK 700 during the day of checked in. If we don't want to pay, we are expected to clean the toilet, vacuum and mop the floor etc, basically to make sure we leave the house the same way as we found it. We think this is unreasonable as most other places only require guests to wash dishes. If there are cleaning fees that are not included in the booking price, this should be communicated early on so that guests can make an informed decision. The house is too small for 4 adults. The bunk beds are basically at the corridor, and we had hardly had room to move around after placing 4 luggage in the living room. The ceiling is very low, and we have to be very careful not to knock the chandelier in the living room

The house is small but very cute and comfortable. The location is perfectly close to the castle and surrounds, one of the best places of Kalmar. Uh

− The house is not clear in relation to the fee for cleaning, that it is not included in the price indicated by Booking. This fact creates untrustworthy and decreases the pleasure of the house experience.
