Worst stay ever, would advise strongly not to stay here
1.0Location was good.
− Security at the property was non existent. No safe, no bars on windows and patio door broken and could not be locked, and two windows to the front could not be locked. On 2nd last day while out at the beach we were robbed of all our cash. They left the phones, and jewelry but went through our cards and wallets. There was no safe to utilize to store your valuables. Whoever broke in knew the layout of the apartment, knew windows and back patio door would not lock. All hallmarks of a inside job ! We phoned the agent to let them know and were basically told hasn't happened before which I find hard to believe. That's as much as we have heard. no follow up no one calling around to inspect the property and talk to us at the time of the robbery. That night and following day we had to lock all our belongings in our rental car to ensure we had some security. I would strongly advise to stay away from this rental unless the above was addressed. Overall the service was poor and customer satisfaction was all time low given the experience we had to deal with which ruined our holiday. Please don't let it ruin yours look else where and at the minimum make sure a property has a safe included. Gran Canaria is a changing place.
