A beautiful property well maintained & close to beach & village facilities.

− Like mentioned in previous reviews the upstairs shower doesn’t drain away very well & we had to call maintenance which they did send someone but feel there is a further issue with the drainage which needs addressing . The sink in the upstairs bathroom was also slow to drain. The double beds are too small. The dishwasher is temperamental & doesn’t always clean the dishes.

The location was great. 30 second walk to East Witterings beach and about 5 minutes to the main high street area with shops and bar/restaurants. House was modern with a nice little garden which was a sun trap. Washing up liquid, toilet rolls and towels all provided which is helpful.

− We felt the cleanliness could have been better in general. All rooms lacked that properly clean feeling. There was leftover rubbish in the main bedroom under a bedside table that should have been spotted. Unfortunately we had to call out maintenance twice. The response time was fantastic but frustrating we had to do it in the first place. The provided glasses/mugs were not suitable for 6 people and many had chips/cracks in. The dishwasher didn't really clean well so we had to hand wash a lot. In general, this let the property down. I expected more for the cost of the stay.

Excellent location, minutes from the beach & other amenities. Clean, comfortable & modern furnishings. Private garden with ample garden furniture

− Unfortunately we couldn't use the balcony as it was unsafe but we were given a later check out as compensation. One of the showers had a blocked drain but we were quickly sent a video on how to fix this. Neither would stop us from booking again.

Location was fantastic everything feels new comfortable sofas and beds. Practical layout and plenty of room for our party of five lovely garden and proximity to the beach was perfect for watching sunsets and walking and for the runners in our group. We loved cocktails at Drifters and lunch at The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay. Lovely walk to West Wittering and home via The Witterings pub with its beach huts in the garden.

− Could do with some ice trays and a bigger bed in the master room at a future upgrade and crockery is ready for replacement. But very minor details.
