10.0A Sound of Silence The address, perhaps, ought to have given it away...Waterside...a pleasant looking house as you pull up and park. Inside an airy feel with everything you might need for your stay in Abergavenny,...but then there is the surprise as you walk out to the delightful garden... honeysuckle wound round the iron fencing...comfortable chairs to enjoy an evening glass of wine...but the ‘pièce de résistance’ is the forest of tall, ancient trees, the towering willows waiving to you in the sun kissed breeze and the sound of the River Gavenny below you, it’s clear water shimmering and babbling in the evening sun...no kingfisher to top off this hidden magic...but the tranquility is sufficient alone...

Very quiet, convenient and comfortable stay
9.0Location was very convenient for the town and facilities. House was well-equipped, clean and especially well provisioned, including a loaf of home-made bread on arrival. Private driveway made parking easy.
