9.0Clean, air-conditioned and two king-size beds, all we needed
− The trains passing by can be heard, so if you're sensible to noise it might be bothering you

4.0− 3 towels for group of 6...picture looks great, the house is not in great shape. Not clean. Internet was weak, and the host keeps refering to get the info off the app. I could not get into the app.
Good space and location but the accommodation needs some maintenance

− One of the beds was broken and the temporary fix wasn’t working so we had to stabilise the bed ourselves

10.0Furniture in good condition, offer free towels. The homeowner can speak mandarin which is really nice. We lost our iPad and he told us honestly.
Filthy facility, dirty sheets, bathroom, towels, counter tops & floors with a lying manager..

− Reserved this place in July for a September sister's trip; we had been planning for a year. It was filthy when we arrived. A load of soured towels were in the washing machine, hair & food on the floor & counter tops. We had to wait for the cleaning crew, wasted 2 hours of our time. We planned on cooking but it was so late after the cleaning crew left, we had to buy dinner out; not in our budget. The man with the cleaning crew said the manager messed up the schedule. But later found out HE WAS THE MANGER. Then he lied again when we asked for the owners information, it was HIS information. Unprepared & unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this facility.
