Very clean and modern the only downside is maybe the location.
8.0The host was very helpful and provided us with detailed descriptions and photos of how to access the property and park the car. The apartment was quite small but very nicely furnished and obviously recently renovated. The kitchen had the basic amenities to be able to cook simple food or make a quick breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. It is about a 20 minute walk into the historical centre of Perugia. There is air conditioning and a balcony.
− The location is at the bottom of a steep hill outside of the historical centre of Perugia so it might be challenging for some people to access the city. There is an escalator into the city with car parking which might make this problem resolvable if necessary. The apartment is also at the bottom of a flight of stairs so it is not accessible for people with wheelchairs or probably parents with prams. The parking spot is quite small and only really useful for small cars (though the owner mentioned that you can park in front of the parking garage if necessary).

− The steps to get to the apartment, it was sort of in the basement but when you enter the apartment and set in the beautiful balcony, it shows you are on the first floor! Value wise and what we paid was toooo much for the apartment

10.0This was an amazing apartment. It is updated and super clean with great amenities. Daniela stocked the kitchen with a lovely welcoming pack. Coffee, sugar, juice, pastries. We loved this apartment. Communication was spot-on. It is close to the centro. We loved our time here. Just book this place.
