Four Bedroom Mimosas Villa With A Private Pool♡

This is a lovely contemporary villa in a great location. The small garden gives way to a good sized pool which is very private. Situated in a quiet private no through road but within a few minutes walking distance of the La Manga Club Raquets & Tennis Centre, bars, restaurants, pharmacy & supermarket. Well equipped kitchen including coffee pod machine & blender. Our family of eight spent a very happy week there enjoying everything that La Manga has to offer.

− There needs to be clarity about check in time. On this site it said 3-4pm. On the day we were told 4pm. No problem but when we got there the cleaners were no where near finished and it all felt a bit chaotic. Not at all their fault but not a good first impression. To assist them at the end of our holiday, we left the villa in pristine condition. Certainly better than we found it. The week before arriving we had been informed that a ‘few’ tiles were missing from the pool. I understood & said that would be fine. Our granddaughter gathered and counted over 200 and the steps into the pool looked like this repair was not a new problem and should have been completed before the summer rental season began. The villa was not cheap to rent so we expected more. At the outset (before arriving and during the 1st 24 hours) the management company were fantastic at communicating and very helpful. Some things needed clarifying when we arrived and they then may have decided we were being fussy. We were polite and grateful each time we contacted them. Radio silence then ensued for most of the rest of the week bar one incident which required immediate help to fix the electrics, which we were thankful to receive one evening. Considering there are no reviews yet for this villa, it may have been we were its first renters - so I am conscious as I write not to put people off as it’s a fantastic place to stay on so many levels. Just some teething problems need ironing out to make clients feel they matter and that the owner wants to professionally rent their family home from home. I write this as someone who has successfully rented out their own villas at La Manga and in Provence. It’s being client focused and the small details that make a difference.
