Spacious. Good bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area.

− The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable and badly need replacing. One of the bathroom bins had not been cleared before our stay and had an unhygienic personal item in it.

Excellent location, excellent communication

Lovely location and great house, the host was brilliant. We went to a wedding at East Riddlesden Hall, and it's a 30 second walk away. The host left us bottled water in the fridge and communication was excellent.

The location of the property was exactly what we needed, convenient parking and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 5 of us. Bedding was nice and clean and towels were fresh.

− On arrival we found the place was quite unclean, there’s was dead insects on windowsills, large dust spiders in several corners, long dark hairs on surfaces and nitrous oxide (used) canisters on the living room floor. There was a VERY strong smell of cannabis on the lower and middle floor, which stuck around for the entirety of our stay. Either the previous guest or the owner was smoking cannabis before our arrival as all windows were left wide open we suspected to try and rid the smell. (To those that don’t smoke cannabis it’s actually the most disgusting smell). The listing is called ‘newly constructed’ my assumption it’s been called that for many years, there’s cracks in the walls, painting needed and lots of signs of wear and tear. The mattresses are very poor quality also, not one of us had a good nights sleep.

Most enjoyable and value for money. Would definitely return.

The whole experience was great. Liked everything about the property, facilities, location and private outdoor space. Ideal for a short stay. Located next to a friendly public house. Neighbour/s friendly and helpful.
