10.0Just about Everything. The weather made it to where the drive was abit challenging towards the top for a car and the hot tub wasn't working upon arrival. The property manager came out and was very helpful on getting these issues resolved

7.0Beautiful breathtaking views. Hot tub was clean. Plenty of space for kids in lower level.
− The outside porch areas were not clean. There was animal hair on all the sofas and no one had cleaned bugs and spiderwebs off the mantel and patio. Also, we were notified the day before our stay that the outdoor fireplace was not operable. The kitchen did not have a cookie sheet but not a big deal. We could not locate the big trash cans outside to dispose of trash so we had to take it with us an hour down the road to dump.
A perfect place to getaway and connect with the beauty of Blue Ridge.
9.0The views were beautiful and the house was lovely. I appreciate that there were coffee filters and cookware to use.
− The road leading up to the property is sometimes difficult to maneuver. Took multiple tries and some finessing.

10.0The house has bedrooms on 3 levels. All 3 levels have a deck to see a beautiful view of the mountains. Tons of deck seating, outdoor seating, foosball, video games, hot tub. More amenities than we could possibly use in our 3 nights there. I had two grown children with my grandkids and they said I hit a homerun by picking this cabin. If there is better in Blue Ridge I haven't found it. Perfect 10!!
