1.0− This is terrible. I don't know how he got such high ratings, maybe he gave them to himself. The apartment needs renovation, the walls are dirty, there are cockroaches and insects on the walls, the water pressure is weak, the shower is electric, there are no necessary things in the kitchen, the furniture in the apartment does not match the photos, and what is there is like from the last century. The towels are washed out, the mirrors and surfaces are dirty, the corners are chipped and the paint on the walls is peeling, some laundry was drying on my balcony
