Never again, very stressful and not worth it

The apartment was clean, bright, looked like in the pictures and the location was okay (10-15 min walk from the centre, a few minutes away from the supermarket and tram station).

− Most stressful key pick up and drop off experience I've ever had. Key pick up box is a few km away from the apartment so you need to calculate extra 45-60 min just for that. The instructions for key drop off were not complete so it was very stressful and I had to call emergency customer service line. The information about the key was hidden, it wasn't mentioned on booking. Also after reserving a place (another hidden information) you get an email about your responsibility to deep clean the apartment. And I don't mean leave it in a decent state but vacuum, dust, do the bathroom... I have never seen this anywhere and they don't share this information until you reserve the apartment, they also don't have an option of cancelling the reservation. WiFi instructions in the apartment were wrong and one evening WiFi stopped working. It was working before and after but it shows how instable the connection is. The bed was a bit small. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. I would never stay again in this place, especially considering the price, and I will recommend everyone against it. There are better options where you can cancel, don't have to travel kilometres just to get they key, be a free maid, and are not given wrong instructions on every step.
