− Could not get into the property because the key safe was seized up and impossible to open, despite trying for long periods of time in the pouring rain. This issue had been mentioned by a previous holidaymaker, as to how difficult it was to get into. The emergency number for the Company which manages the property, is a London number, not local - they did not have a clue what to do, had no idea if there were any spare keys and there is nobody based locally who has any involvement with the property . Had to abandon the whole holiday as after 2 hours of ringing around, could not find anywhere else to stay in the area (were visting family we hadn't seen for 18 months) and had to endure 3 hour drive back home that evening. Still awaiting full refund.
