Responsible owner/host , despite some facilities issues

The owner is kind, responsible, and provided great service. Property in convenient location. Owner mentioned they have other facilities available and because of their attitude we would support them again in future. As an apology for issues we faced , owner kindly bought us pizza. We really appreciate that .

− The facilities quite old and worn down. Upgrading the decaying items would greatly improve the guest experience. There was a cleanliness issue where the microwave was forgotten and left uncleaned until it become moldy. Overall , i decided not to upload photo evidence because I want to give the owner a fair opportunity to improve.

The unit is very comfortable and well-equipped with enjoyable facilities, including a vey nice and big swimming pool for kids, billiard table, and karaoke set with quite impressive sound system. A fully equipped kitchen suitable for heavy cooking, as well as a BBQ set, are also provided. The availability of a washing machine and a spacious area for hanging clothes after washing is especially convenient and greatly appreciated, particularly by families. The owner is responsive and quick to assist whenever needed, and he is very very polite as well, a really nice guy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is especially suitable for groups with young children, who will thoroughly enjoy the swimming pool both day and night. I would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

The place and all the provided utilities are complete. Snooker and pool were also provided and we enjoyed those activities.

− when we arrived at A Famosa, we couldn’t find the house since the host didn’t share the house number and location. Luckily we received a fast reply at that time.

House is quite big & comfortable to stay. Thanks for providing extra mattress & bedsheets. Bathroom & kitchen was very clean . Bbq / pool area was amazing with the extra lights. The concept of separating living room with the bedrooms is good. [ Few slept well despite the noise ]. Speaker & microphone provided was loud enough 😁. More space was provided for us to sit.

My family and I are very satisfied with the excellent accommodation and facilities provided. Each bedroom at the living room are all equipped with air conditioning and attached bathrooms, which is great. The pool is big, and we really enjoyed swimming and playing with the kids. They also provided a karaoke setup in a separate building connected to the house, which was amazing, and it even has a snooker table! Overall, we are very happy and enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much!

1. Spacious house with a resort-like environment that gives a good feeling when you first enter the property 2. Spacious 3 bedrooms with extra pillows & en suite bathroom for each bedroom 3. Spacious living room with a big snooker table 4. Complete with cooking, eating & drinking utensils 5. Host was super efficient in quickly fixing the non-working air cond in the 4th bedroom 6. Host was very thoughtful for providing welcome drinks & snacks 7. Overall the house was clean but the toilet bowl near the dining area needed some cleaning & what looked like insect's faeces underneath the curtains should have been removed.

− 1. Had to take a very narrow & spiral stairs in a cavelike structure to go to the 4th bedroom which does not have a bathroom / toilet. Had to go up & down the narrow staircase each time needed to use the toilet / take a bath 2. No air cond at the dining area but property was advertised as an air conditioned villa. In the afternoon it was not comfortable to be at the dining area but in the morning & at night it was ok 3. No wifi but property was advertised as providing free wifi 4. Fridge & water dispenser were not working properly. Fridge not so cold. Water dispenser did not dispense cold drink. 5. Swimming pool was full of dead ants & leaves 6. Host should have informed guest that a maintenance guy would be at the property at a certain time. Guest was stunned when an unknown guy suddenly appeared near the swimming pool 7. Guest was required to acknowledge the property's terms & conditions twice which were sent via two different mobile numbers. The first was sent after the booking was made & the second prior to check in. Once should be sufficient
