− Die Haltestelle der Bahn ist leider sehr nah, damit ist der Bremsvorgang unüberhörbar.

6.0Die Freundliche und Zeitnahe Kommunion sowie die gute Parkmöglichkeit. Ebenfalls das es zu Einrichtungen und der City relativ fußläufig liegt.
− Pauschal die Vorbeifahrenden Züge/Güterwagen an der Unterkunft... Wobei man sich da relativ gut dran gewöhnt.
