You risk of not being able to enter if you arrive later than 10pm!
4.0The apartment was clean and well furnished.
− We arrived at midnight. The remote key mechanism didn't work. Host didn't pick up. Booking.com 24/7 service couldn't help. We had to find another place & pay 165 EUR that host refused to reimburse as "check-in" was by 10:00 pm. And yes - we had informed them that "we will arrive late".
