− In the ad he describes that there are several things but there is no ex washing machine, jacuzzi and etc.. this is disappointing Dear Sir or Madam, On the first day of my stay, the bathroom toilet paper holder fell off during normal use, and the dining table was broken and unusable. These issues were pre-existing and not caused by me. I have photos as evidence. I contacted the resort and was instructed to speak with the owner, but I have received no response so far. I am paying for an accommodation that is not in proper condition. I expect an immediate response to resolve this matter. Glaucia Macedo 301-820-5170

L’emplacement est idéal au cœur du village et pour un départ vers les pistes skis aux pieds.

− La table était complètement cassée et inutilisable à 4. Le canapé lit était quasi inutilisable et extrêmement inconfortable. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, la piscine n’était pas dans le bâtiment, les canons à neige ont fonctionné toute la nuit sous notre fenêtre et c’était très bruyant. Il était difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour se doucher. Le porte serviettes était cassé.

Overall comfortable condo, adequate linens and toiletries available. View of the mountain was beautiful.

− Check in was unclear and very difficult to find. We had to check in at a completely separate hotel and the hotel listed in the check in instructions was incorrect. We spent almost an hour wandering from lodge to lodge trying to find the correct location. Spotty cell service and no answer at listed phone numbers did not help. Pool listed in pictures and “amenities” is off site and is an additional $15 per person per day. Shower curtain was stained.

− Amenities listed on the property were not included with the price. You had to purchase an additional "Fun Pass" to use the "hot tub, pool with a view, sauna, and a steam room". When we arrived the tub did not drain and the hair dryer did not work. Building maintenance, Snowshoe Resort and Booking.com could not provide a phone number for someone to address the problem. I sent an e-mail as instructed by the Representative where we picked up the keys and it was not answered until 2 days after check out. We had to purchase Drano and a snake to unclog the tub drain so that we could use the shower.
