10.0the location was superb..access to metro..restaurants..and if u are filipino who likes to eat the famous fried chicken in the Philippines its the perfect spot for your kids the jolibee is just in the corner...if u live far from filipino products it is also accessible for both restaurants and asian stores on the sides street of the area..a great mall to roam around after eating.. and the owner/receptionist is great to offer if you guys want to leave ur belongings and they will allow you just give them a heads up before heading to the place..easy to find also. also comes with free breakfast.. the room is clean and spacious..great AC.

− They turn the air conditioning off during the day and open the windows. This is a very strange practice which actually costs them more money than just letting the A/C run during the day. When I arrived at my room in the evening, it was very hot inside and took hours to cool down. Make certain to tell the manager to leave the windows closed and A/C on during the day even if a little warmer than what you might want it set for sleeping.
Rome was great and our place was lovely.
10.0Easy and convenient. The AC was great as our visit to Rome in the beginning of September was hot. The owner was great with communication and gave us local places to eat.
