Close to amenities.

− During my stay, there was no cell service inside the unit, so I had to go outside to make and receive calls. On a couple of occasions, other people were nearby and able to overhear my conversations, which was inconvenient and affected my privacy. There was also a young toddler living in the unit upstairs. The running and play noise was quite disruptive at times and made it difficult to relax. I understand that toddlers are naturally active, especially as a parent myself, but the level of noise did impact my overall experience. In addition, the daybed in the living room was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit and watch TV comfortably. As a courtesy, I chose to email the owners privately with my concerns rather than post a public review immediately, as I prefer to give hosts the opportunity to address issues directly. Unfortunately, they were not receptive to my feedback. Rather than acknowledging the  concerns I raised, they focused on reprimanding me for checking in one hour early without asking permission. I had offered to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. They also criticized me for not contacting them during my stay about the toddler noise and the lack of cell service. While I understand that the cell service issue may have been beyond their control, I simply wanted to make them aware of how it affected my stay. Likewise, I wanted them to know that the noise from the toddler upstairs had a significant impact on my ability to relax, even though I recognize that young children are naturally active. I was disappointed that my concerns were not acknowledged in a constructive way. The response I received left me feeling that my feedback was dismissed, which ultimately made my overall experience feel even more unpleasant.

We liked our stay. Nice neighborhood as well.

Very clean. What I loved the most was the Kitchen.

− I had difficulty turning on the TV at first. The Internet was off for 24 hr. The owner came the next day to solve the issue.

The location is great! It’s really not close to Vancouver at all but it’s a great location! There are tons of trails and shops nearby. You won’t miss Vancouver at all. Also posting here because this property is fairly new and has very few reviews. I thought it was a scam because of how good of a deal I was getting but don’t hesitate to go there.

− Nothing! There was a small miscommunication at the beginning but it was resolved quickly by the host.

I loved the bedroom ceiling , personally and the walk in coat closet that was pretty neat idea 💡 , I loved the open concept design and was really great to have a night in a home all together ...

− Theirs nothing I can say that I didn't like But maybe I can offer a suggestion 🤔 I noticed you have k cup coffee but the only thing missing was the sugar and cream, other then that I would love to come back and stay again 😀
