10.0Расположение супер. Близость океана. Приветливый персонал. Супер хозяйка ( приветливая, добрая, общительная. Может решить любой вопрос на месте. )

8.0The location, the space, the closeness to the beach, the ease of communication with Fiona and how secure the place was.
− It was too hot in the tree house. We never got the chance to cool down. Most of the time it was hotter in the house then outside, albeit the fans.
A very comfortable, quiet and well equipped studio in a great location
9.0Location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach. It was quiet and felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of fans to keep cool, lovely big fluffy towels, useful local info and recommendations. And a very responsive and helpful host. The meal cooked for me on the first night was excellent.
− A few minor things. The knives and scissors were very blunt. Could do with a couple of arm chairs as the sofa isn’t big enough for more than 2 and some cushions would be good.

10.0The location of the place was just perfect. We had unlimited access to the beach just about 40 meters. Easy to come and go for shopping and other excursions. The cleanliness and hygiene was excellent and lastly, the staff are just amazing.
− The lack of AC means we had to endure the sound of fans, but it wasn't so bad.

7.0The place is wonderful, just next to the beach as described by the host. The host was super helpful and friendly. She provided extraordinary hints and information which help us doing the best in Diani.
− The accommodation may require to have Aircon installed. Despite being next to the beach, at times it gets hot and humid making it difficult to stay indoor. Moreover, the place is best for couples. There is no privacy if one travel with kids.
