Perfect location in proximity to Sierra Nevada hospital. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The home was spacious and comfortable

Roomy home with in prime, walkable location

The house has a fantastic layout. The kitchen and living areas downstairs feel open and spacious, with lots of room for seating, entertaining, or working/remote office. The 3 bedrooms were all spacious and private. The location is a huge bonus with restaurants, activities, and nightlife nearby and walkable.

− I have no dislikes to name. The location, home, furnishing, appliances and hosts were nothing short of exceptional. We'd stay there again.

There were ants everywhere; we couldn’t eat or sleep in peace

Close to downtown and midtown

− Unfortunately, this stay was a big letdown. The place was covered in ants when we arrived. They were crawling on the floors, walls, and even in our bags. We reached out to the host immediately, and instead of real help, we got a generic copy-paste message saying pest control would come after our stay had already started. Not super helpful when you’re already in the space trying to relax. We ended up feeling uncomfortable the entire time, constantly trying to keep ants out of our things. I wish we had been warned or given the option to cancel. It didn’t feel like the situation was taken seriously at all. If cleanliness and responsiveness matter to you, I’d look elsewhere.

Nice quiet family accommodations

This was a cute spot to stay for the weekend while we were in town for a tournament. Would recommend for a family trip, not really if you’re looking to party. Host was communicative to make sure our needs were met.

− The apartment was not clean upon arrival. Cleaners had to be called out twice. There were soiled panties in one of the bedroom dressers. There were ants in both upstairs bathrooms as well as in the carpeting downstairs. The property is located on a busy street, with cars passing by during the night also. No ear plugs were provided despite asking about these. And to great surprise, NO REFUND was provided despite all this!!! Not to mention the furnishings were IKEA quality at best!
