Comfortable but small details impact the overall experience.
7.0− I wasn’t sent the code through by email as all the correspondence said it would I had to call them from the shop where I was to collect the keys. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was out when I arrived.
Disappointed in the service of what should have been a great stay.
4.0Location was great.
− Picked up keys from grocery store. Spent 30 minutes outside building messaging trying to get in as fob wouldn’t work. Luckily someone came out so we could get in. No response. Found out wrong fob. No response for 16 hours so we couldn’t leave the apartment. Took 19 hours to get a replacement fob so lost a day of our holiday. Day two asked for lights to be replaced in bathroom and dishwasher not working. Eventually advised maintenance person would be out during a 6 hour window on day 6 which we would have to be there for, another day lost. Told them not prepared to lose another day of our holiday with only one more left. Only TV offered was Netflix and wifi was so bad it kept dropping out so couldn’t use it. Communication in the first 3-4 days was appalling. I requested compensation for losing a day of my holiday which was completely ignored several times which I kept requesting and eventually was offered a 50 pound refund. Considering I paid nearly 300 pound a night not much compensation but I suppose it’s better than nothing. Such a shame the hospitality is so bad as this apartment is in a great spot.

− There was clogging in the wash basin and the tub. All the amenities were not there like not enough toilet paper, they had provided washing machine but not the detergent.
