Great accomodation, close to the beach
8.0What we were looking for as a family holiday rental. The pool was great for the 5 year old grandson

Perfect long weekend away.
10.0Perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle of down town Mount Maunganui. Perfect for a group or extended family. The swimming pool was a bonus.
− Maybe more towels. 6 towels for a 3 bedroom house with a pool is pretty minimal. Everything else was perfect
Poorly managed, and unfairly tried to charge us for damage we did not cause.
1.0− Very disappointing stay. The lockbox code was wrong at check-in, causing stress. The sofa and toys were unhygienic, and my child developed a rash. Oven and rangehood didn’t work, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Worst of all, five days after checkout the manager falsely claimed a carpet stain in a lounge we hardly used (always wore slippers indoors) and sent me a bill for $149.50 without proper evidence. This felt like an unfair attempt to charge us. Very unprofessional – I would not recommend this property or its management company.

9.0Overall such a beautiful home , great location , check in instructions was good which just made it easy to check in and out of the home.
Stayed with the grandkids who loved the pool and proximity to the shops was great.
9.0Loved the big kitchen table for us all to sit at and talk. The privacy and lay out of the pool area and the easy walk to the beach. 2 separate lounges was handy for kids and devices, and the cricket at the other end.
