If you can afford the price the situation of this house and its facilities are excellent
9.0The space and facilities in both garden and house, including a well-heated open-air swimming pool and flat area for soccer, pickle ball etc. Ability to talk to someone human and get a reply if problems arise, eg when dish-washer leaked. It was successfully fixed.
− The Tree house needed replacement of wood that is rotten in a number of areas - and the floor trapdoor has come adrift at the hinge end. Dish-washer repair was a tad slow in completion.
