5.0Ilmainen pysäköinti. Kätevä sijainti. Talo ja asunto itsessään oli ihan sievä.
− Asunto oli huonosti ylläpidetty, niinkuin omistajaa ei kiinnostaisi pitää siitä kunnolla huolta (tai että kunhan vain rahaa saa, niin se on riittävä). Hämähäkinseittejä, tahroja seinillä, irtonaisia laattoja ym. Ilmoituksessa sanottiin, että asunnossa olisi pyykkikone. Sellainen kuitenkin löytyi muualta talosta ja oli koko talon yhteiskäytössä - ja käytännössä koko ajan jonkun muun käytössä. Omistaja tarjoaa tosiaan vain yhden pyyhkeen per yöpyjä; ei käsipyyhkeitä tai mitään millä kuivata kylpyhuoneen lattiaa. Laatat todella liukkaita märkänä! Asuntoon vievät portaat korkeat, sanoin suihkun kynnys yli 30cm korkea. Talo ulkopuolella vilkasliikenteisia teitä ja tietyö tms, jonka työntekijät kulkivat takapihalla.

− Det badet var grusomt! Skikkelig kaldt, ikke mulig å sette på varme og generelt veldig udelikat.

4.0− Det kunne have været en flot gestus, hvis man havde tændt for gulvvarmen, så der ikke var iskolde klinker over hele lejligheden. Det var virkeligt koldt i lejligheden.
