SO DISAPPOINTING, IT'S NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
3.0Just the bed, it is very comfortable .
− There were a lot of issues when we stayed in this rental house, 1. The shower head is so disappointing, it sprays in different directions and there's a big leak on the side. I asked the owner if they could fix it, and he said he would check when they came back from Davao but nothing happened until we checked out. 2. The toilet lavatory doesn't have a pop-up plug so at nighttime big cockroaches come out from the lavatory. 3. The AC remote in the master's bedroom doesn't work properly and needs a battery change. 4. The kitchenware is not complete, we asked if they could give us a bowl but they also ignored our request. 5. The vacuum is broken, it's blowing air rather than vacuuming the dust or dirt! 6. We also requested to clean the place but they don't have a spare key so they can't clean when we are not there. Until we checked out they didn't clean the place. 7. NETFLIX is not working, the Internet connection is bad. 8. Drinking water is not free they charge you 30 or 50 pesos I can't remember but it's not free, and we request a refill they brought a gallon that's not sealed, they just put a tape on the lid. For our 10 nights stayed at that property the price we paid is not WORTH IT...
Will definitely book again in the future.

Best place to stay. Near at large malls and also to the airport.
10.0The communication was easy and instructions are clear. The location of the house is situated in a quiet and calm location. It is ideal especially if you are expecting a flight from General Santos Airport. You can access the airport without passing through the busy road. We took the diversion road to reach the Gensan airport. They have snacks and drinks for you (on your expense) which we found such a good help and made our stay very satisfaction. We will come back again.
− They did not have a warm/hot shower. However it did not affected our total satisfaction.
