9.0The property was conveniently located nearby my daughter’s apartment. Very responsive contact, checking in often to ensure all was good.
− I found it difficult to download the latch app. Fortunately I was given a code in order to open the doors for the duration of my stay.

− Entering through the basement. Once found or it was very nice
Clean and comfortable location and a well equipped apartment.
9.0Very, very clean and very comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally, it would be a place where you could stay a little bit longer. I only stayed one night for a business trip as I needed to have meetings in the neighborhood near there.
− The only downside for me was a little bit of noise from the traffic because the exit from the Queensboro Bridge is nearby and New Yorkers like to honk and express themselves during traffic!
