− Neither the balcony door nor the windows opened during our stay. We contacted the property on the first day to report this they came to check it out, and then did not return to fix it. We made a simple request do not have anybody answer the apartment while we were not there, thus to coordinate with us for any time that work needed to be done to fix the windows and door. We were not contacted again for any of this work and felt completely forgotten and neglected. After our stay, we contacted the property to receive a partial refund, which they completely refused, and cited other issues that were not part of our complaint as having been denied for compensation. It felt like we were being gaslit. Booking also provide provided zero support, siding that because the property would not offer any compensation, they also would not Overall, this has been an extremely poor experience and will make us reconsider before we book with booking again.

The property was conveniently located nearby my daughter’s apartment. Very responsive contact, checking in often to ensure all was good.

− I found it difficult to download the latch app. Fortunately I was given a code in order to open the doors for the duration of my stay.

Location and comfort

− Entering through the basement. Once found or it was very nice

Clean and comfortable location and a well equipped apartment.

Very, very clean and very comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally, it would be a place where you could stay a little bit longer. I only stayed one night for a business trip as I needed to have meetings in the neighborhood near there.

− The only downside for me was a little bit of noise from the traffic because the exit from the Queensboro Bridge is nearby and New Yorkers like to honk and express themselves during traffic!
