Grand appartement rustique typiquement Vénitien avec vue sur canal, situé dans un quartier vivant.
8.0Il y avait une cuisine entière bien équipée, donc on pouvait se faire un petit déjeuner parfaitement bien. Pas loin des petits magasins pour acheter ce qu'il faut.
− C'est normale red de chaussée c'est un peu sombre, par contre l'été lorsqu'il fait chaud ça doit être agréablement frais. Là en novembre il faisait un peu frais, il fallait se couvrir.
Location agréable.
9.0Appartement au rez de chaussée avec un petit bacon donnant sur le passage des gondoles dans un quartier aux allées tortillons en dehors des grands axes touristiques.
− Devoir quitter à 10h alors que les hôtels proposent 11h. Heureusement notre hôte est très agréable et nous avons pu profiter d'une matinée à visiter Venise. Appartement un peu sombre en octobre.

10.0The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the main sights. The best part was the terrace overlooking the canal, where we could watch gondolas passing right in front of us. It was such a lovely experience and made our stay really special!

9.0I was travelling with someone who has mobility challenges so the review is based from their experience. We had no issues as such with the apartment, the doors and spaces are wide enough to fit a wheelchair. The location itself is very close to vaporetto which made all key points very accessible. The apartment is right on the canal so we would watch the gondolas go by, was just such a Venice thing to experience. Overall we had a lovely stay!
− The pull out bed was noisy and not very comfortable. There is a step to access the apartment door, then once inside, there is another step. The shower cabin is small and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to move around. This is more for awareness rather than a negative point.
