Super appartement avec 5 piscines en résidence♡

Very Disappointing (Finger weg!)

The residence and the apartment have both potential but......

− -At our arrival we were asked to pay more than the price booked on booking (~15€ more) for the apartment and extra 50 dinar (15€) for a simple registration in the residence. -Out of 5 pools, only 1 was open. All the amenities were closed. This was never mentioned before or after the booking. Very disappointing especially the closure of the main pool with slides and water park for kids (mine were very disappointed). In the apartment we found: - dishwasher leaking under the sink at every usage; - bed sheet with a big burn hole; - old soap and a used sponge in the bathroom, as well as two used toothbrushes still exposed on the sink; - no Wi-Fi connection and therefore no possible usage of the 2 television available (an issue since there is nothing to do anywhere nearby); - upon our arrival the laundry machine was still running with the bed sheets and some carpets intended for us. We had to hang the laundry ourselves and of course the bed sheets could not dry completely in time for the night. Result, my kid slept in partially wet sheets; - the location is way outside Monastir in an area that resembles a war zone (see pics) with no paved streets, dirt everywhere; We were in contact with the owner only via Whatsapp, but with the excuse of living in Norway she only acknowledged the problems without providing proper solutions or help (The only attempt was with Internet, where she send one day later a person that just troubleshooted as I did, without having any solutions!!! Most likely the issue was the absence of an internet contract); - Not all the listed amenities are real for example there is no free toiletries, not even toilet paper (serious issue since the next store is more than 10 km away and there were 2 days of holidays with everything closed) and the mosquito nets are inexistent (therefore once you open the window a storm of flies and mosquitoes will get in the apartment); - the kitchen was a mess since the drawers were a chaos with bread crumbs and dirty towels.

Je remercie d’abord la Madame qui nous as fait la visite des lieux. Elle est vraiment gentil et adorable. Le parc en bas de la résidence est très jolie. L’appartement est propre et très bien situé. Au calme. Très sécurisé. Agent de sécurité à l’entrée et caméra. Parking sous terrain sécurisé avec un autre agent de sécurité à la porte et caméra. La résidence est très jolie très moderne.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille, l’appartement est bien équipé et propre. Piscine spacieuse et plage à proximité. Le personnel est sympathique , nous reviendrons pour un autre séjour.

La résidence était propre ,piscine pour les grands et les petits ainsi que le toboggan aquatique, aire de jeux pour les enfants. L'appartement était parfait ,bien équipé.
