A rocky start, but a great stay after.
5.0It's a cute place with a great location, about 10 minute walk to downtown. Kitchen is well equipped, nice living room, and very cosy.
− When I arrived and went in initially, I realized the place hadn't been cleaned yet by about 6pm. I was arriving after a long flight and wanted to rest before a work event but was unable to. I contacted the host and they were very responsive and apologetic. They got the cleaners there but I was still unable to use my room until after 9pm which was extremely inconvenient. The host was really good and sent over some groceries to apologize which I appreciated very much. I was told I would receive a partial refund but haven't received one.

7.0− There was 2 different code to access the key. It was not the good nip for the wifi, but both of those thing I was able to figure it out. There was a pair of dirty socks in the leaving room on the carpet, which make me think that the cleaning was done quickly.
