6.0Die Lage ist super – man erreicht die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Parkgarage, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. 👍
− Die Wohnung hat grundsätzlich viel Potenzial und ist schön gelegen, allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die Toilettenspülung lief dauerhaft durch – laut Gästebetreuung war das Problem bekannt, aber leider noch nicht behoben. Der Warmwasserspeicher ist sehr klein dimensioniert und reicht nur für etwa zwei Personen, die direkt hintereinander duschen. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort – ab der dritten Person wurde das Wasser bereits kalt. Auch der Wasserdruck war eher schwach. Im oberen Waschbecken funktionierte der Abflussstöpsel nicht, man musste ihn manuell öffnen und schließen. Schade, denn mit etwas Wartung und kleineren Anpassungen könnte die Unterkunft wirklich top sein. Die Basis stimmt, aber es fehlt aktuell noch etwas an Komfort, um dem Preis voll gerecht zu werden.

10.0The location was nice and close to a transit station and only a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. The host was very accommodating and even when the washing machine malfunctioned they had a serviceman come in later that day for repairs. Great space for the 6 people we had in our group, comfy beds and two full bathrooms.
− It would be nice if there was a second set of keys for our larger group.
