The location and it had parking space

− Stayed here for my daughter's graduation and it was a nightmare. The property felt like someone's home, not guest accommodation. The fridge and freezer were full of the host's personal food with "Not for guests" labels, and cupboards had signs asking not to open them. We felt like intruders. Bathroom had used personal products. Kitchen sink was broken, oven dirty, and other maintenance issues. Rooms had cheap accordion plastic doors, and the bathroom one didn't work. Floor was dirty with visible dirt marks, towels were used and filthy. I actually had to go out and buy my own pillow cases and towels. Everything felt cheap, dirty, and poor quality, unacceptable for £100 a day booked months in advance. That's daylight robbery; Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.

Practical stop over for adults, basic alternative to B&B in residential area.

Space for 4, kitchen facilities to cook and everywhere was clean. Front bedroom was comfortable, back bed, I am told, was less so. On road parking out front and minimal street noise.£8 cab to city centre.

− This is a small mid terrace with concertina doors inside which are flimsy and not soundproof. there are stickers on cupboards, light shades and doors with instructions and both front and backdoors are temperamental to lock.

A quiet area that is walkable and easy to get to from the station and close to a weatherspoons that can be used as meeting point for the rest of the family.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking. Walking distance into the city centre.
