Disappointing support from the host
4.0The poor hospitality is a shame considering that the villa and the location were great.
− Hospitality was poor. For the last night of our stay the host had to move me to another structure because a top manager booked that night in overlap to him privately. He said he would have taken care of the move. The new structure was not at all at the level and price of La Spiaggia. I talked to the host who said he would have refund the difference and he disappeared. He could just have let us pay one night less so we could have paid separately the last one but he decided to stop answering texts scamming us basically for around 120 euros. Some more things: 1) right after the flight I've been driven to a grocery store to buy food and drinks for the first night. 2) the chef arrived late almost morning so we had to prepare ourselves the breakfast. 3) the concierge 24/24 is a telephone number of a nice woman at disposal for any need, not at night, not a real concierge service.
